    It's junk mail and came this morning. I have deleted 40-50 e-mails since but this one still appears in the inbox. I tried to move it to spam and then delete but it stays in inbox. I tried saving it and then deleting from Saved Messages and now it's stuck in Saved Messages AND the inbox. It does not appear in my desktop inbox or web mail inbox. I tried forwarding it so I could get a better look at it and I get a "can't find original message" error message. Is this a setting or do I need to somehow access the server?

    I know this is almost trite at this point, but this seems like a battery pull/service books resolution. Hopefully that is all it is.

    I had that problem on my 9000. I was told by tech support to delete the email account and put it back on there.
