So like the title says would you get the slightly larger one that fits in the oem battery back that usually increases battery life by 15% or would you get the big momma that requires a revamped battery door like my 2600 on my 9650?

I sent a tweet out to seidio asking if they were building a battery for the device and they stated that they were not aware of it. I would like to get the cb nation feedback and link this to them so they can see how many of you would buy it and make it a hot item for them to carry.

Since the JM-1 battery in the 9900/9930 is the same as the 9850/9860 Ill chime in. I want a battery that has stock dimensions please! An extra 200mAh or so would be plenty for me! Thanks Seidio!

I'd love it if it had stock deminsions. Maybe a total of 1500-1800mAh would be best.

I would only get it if it were the same physical size as the stock battery.

    Same size.

But more importantly, when is Seidio going to come out with the Innocase and spring holster for the 9900?
I had that combo for my 9780 and it was perfect.

I don't have my 9900 yet, so I don't know if I'll need an extended battery or if the stock one will be enough for me. But I'm generally interested in extended batteries. It's always good to have choices. I think they should offer both a slightly bigger one that still fits with the normal battery door and a huge one for the heavy/obsessed users.

I'd kill for an battery with more juice for my 9900... But it would have to be the same size or no deal.

My hard shell case is just to pretty to sacrifice... Also wouldn't a new battery door drive the price up substantially because of the NFC chip?

I'd vote same size to maintain NFC functionality. Where is Seidioseidio when you need him! (we have a Seidio rep who is a CB member, who will hopefully chime in at some point!)

I want a 3500 mAh one like they offered for the 9000. I could go from Thursday morning until Sunday night without touching a charger (and still have 20% left!). Perfect for those long weekends. The extra heft made it more comfortable to hold actually.

+1 for the as much capacity can fit into the standard size as possible. 1500 would be an almost 25% jump in capacity so that would easily give me 2 solid days (and nights) before needing to recharge. I've never had a super-extended life battery, but Mpscan mentioned wanting a 3500mah, which gets me considering the possibilities.

I'd like one with stock dimensions but more capacity. In another thread about extended batteries, there was an email address mentioned that has been set up to gauge interest in this. I think the address is [email protected]. I've already sent an email to that address expressing my interest.

Same here... Since I like NFC and in order for me to have NFC is to use the OEM back door, I would also like to see the little bit of juice for the same dimensions.

Also, please email about your interest in this. They are waiting for customer demand. If you send an email to [email protected] we can show there is a demand for extended batteries. Please do so!!!

i have always had an extra large battery for all my pda phones treo 755p,treo800w,curve8330 and now my 9650. i hated the extra bulk on all devices except the 9650. all other ones from seidio looked like bricks on the back of the phones. the bold one is sleek and as sexy as they can get.
i am hoping seidio makes a nice streamline one for this phone for a super extended one. they have lately made the blocky ones for the newer android phones and that just makes a phone loose its sex appeal. my 9650 though is still a pleasure to hold.

my guess is they can probably make a 1600mah for stock size and a 2800mah for an extended battery door. i dont think the nfc chip will drive the prices up that much, its just a receiver, all the expensive stuff is in the phone, lol.
