i just had my new bb 9900 and i need to install arabic language. any IDEA??

download the firmware software for 9900 from ste telecom, install it and delete the file vendor.xml and install the arabic language with loader.exe

Sorry to hijack the thread but does anyone know why the Arabic comes up like this (thick and bold) it was different before like a smooth font but for some reason changed

That's weird. When I text in Arabic I get a smooth looking font. Did you check your font settings?

How do i check my font settings?

EDIT: I had the smooth font but sometimes when i install or delete an App it changes the font or if i reboot the phone.

Options -> Screen Display. There check the font style. I think yours is set to bold or even extra bold.

I have my language set to English and font is Bold Italic but regardless i still used to get the Arabic (Uthmani Font). Thats the best i can describe it.

Installed an App did a reboot and it fixed it's self, this is how it comes up normally

Any MultiLanguage or AllLanguage OS version includes Arabic.
