Hey Everyone,

Just set up a new yahoo account. I can send emails form my blackberry but I cannot receive them on my blackberry. I check the online account and everything works fine with both incoming and outgoing. I receive every test email I send but no email received on my berry. I tried deleting service books, re-added service books. Nothing works.

Can anyone help?

I use yahoo mail and haven't had that issue before. Remove it, then re-add it to BIS. When it says you should begin receiving e-mail within 20 minutes, wait 20 minutes.

Have you tried a battery pull yet?

Check your spam in yahoo website, maybe the message cannot display to your blackberry because it is a spam.

Can you map yahoo account with BB via BIS?......is it free?....I thought you have to pay for yahoo unlike hotmail or gmail.....

yahoo is free

I also use yahoo on my 9700 - no issues what so ever
