Well, there were 272 builds between the two, so I expect at least 272 bug fixes, although no 1.0.8 or 1.0.9, so presumably nothing major.

today at work we had a blackberry event where they were showing off the new devices. One of the reps had a playbook running 1.0.9 and, despite not having much time to fiddle with it, I didn't notice anything huge in that release.

Also, the other rep was prompted to update to 1.0.7.2942 while i was there, so its been available to certain playbook owners since around 3pm EST

Lol well to be honest I thought the last update wrecked the browser at least for me, so any bit of extra 'snappiness' is welcome. Being a supposed maintenance update I figure that's the most we can hope for.

It's even a bigger insult when the Update Page is telling us that, "You currently have the latest software installed" when we know we don't.
