How about feedback from those who have really used (not tried) BOTH Keyboard-Buttons and Touchscreens? If that's you, which do you prefer? Why? Anything you miss once you went to your favorite?

Yeah, lots more replies on the Bold & Torch threads. It must be that Storm users have moved on to tracking other forum threads - now that there are other threads to visit (new phone threads)!

I have used both for multiple years and I am a bigger fan of the touch screen. I am hopeful that VZW will have the 9860 because I will hate moving back to a keypad device.

I've used both and RIM does keyboard devices better. Storm2 was laughable.

I prefer virtual keyboard. RIM does keyboard very well, but I prefer the touchscreen keyboard better. I wish the new torch had the option to turn surepress on and off. I like that I can hold my finger on something without it selecting until I click.

Agree...that's why I can't see getting anything other than 9850. Hope it's as nice as everyone says.
