Browser, Menu, Options, Manage Search Engines. If you're not seeing it, blame VZW lol.. It's on my Rogers Bold 9900.

You can add a search providor (at least I can with my 9930) but you need to know what URL to add. I am not sure what the proper URL is for Google. Does anyone else know?

I figured it out! Under manage search engines press new search engine. Then call it google and under address type http://www.google.com/m/search?q=%s

My guess is Microsoft paid Verizon big bucks to push Bing. Its been that way on VZW for a long time.

Exactly, VZW has been limiting default search engine to Bing since Storm2 launched in Sept 2009.
