Can someone help? my bluetooth is on and everytime I turn it off it stays on. i have rebooted and turned it off a few times ....its a battery drainer ...so would love too find fix ..thx in advance

This happened to me and it was a bridge setting. I was using my android phone as a wifi hotspot, but the pb kept turning bridge on. I had to reboot for the bridge to turn off, but I didn't have to do a hard reset.
