You could get one online from ebay but honestly it's not worth the trouble imo...

I did try it, and changed it to my current phone number, but after that all I'm seeing is the 111-111-11111, and my phone has a raidar/target symbol, how can I remove that? Thanks...

You will have to get an MSL code from ebay or another vendor. Being that you are not using the phone on Sprint's network you will not be able to get it from them.
