You are business world and we are business company. We know you are rich and won't mind paying for uncovering everything possible and built-in the the QNX OS and HW and SW; but simply we can't live without those $ puffs an app addiction! We are like those 99C/KB charging Telcos who can't live without exploitative blood sucking capitalism, come another GFC! We don't care and unless GFC comes and ruins lives, governments and presidents don't care! So PayPal and Ebay and Google and Apple and RIM and etc all can do whatever they want. PayPal and Ebay can whip you at theirhim, play with your own money for ages, circumvent US Taxation laws by running global business (i.e. threatening ones) from a Swiss A.G company! We go everywhere in the world in the name of protecting human right (new political tool to break down sovereign nations and carve new mini roman-slave nations) but in our own home; we are slave of our own superior mentality!
So,
BT Support - coming soon!
Android App Player - coming soon!
TAT - coming soon!
GPS - coming soon!
Every other thing which PlayBook is capable of but blocked by $ spectacles!
coming soon!
will be supported!
We even don't think that even a basic feature like file browsing is something 'business' people use or familiar with; so we didn't have even a native file browser! If you pay for our third party 'decoy-agent' some $; he will show you how to browse file because he works for us! We need money from you pockets to our corporate chest! We don't even think that business people are intelligent enough that they can understand an email app is in fact a web shortcut! That's some dumb ones only figure out!
We are a business company! We stand out in every aspect! We are biased and will stay so!07-15-11 08:50 PMLike 0 -
- Show me proof that the developers of the apps you are referring to are in cohoots with RIM other than the percentage that RIM gets from app world (if they do take a percentage).
Looking at it that way, all iOS developers are scheming with Steve Jobs because they let apple take a percentage.
Go. Prove it. Show us.
Although I'm pissed off today and agree that RIM should have looked at solidifying the end-user experience rather than maximizing their profits and not changing/restructuring...07-15-11 09:47 PMLike 0 -

- Okay I confess - I am a conniving third party 'decoy-agent'. But as long as I can get away with it , I'm going to keep selling you web shortcuts instead of real app. Gotta feed the kids somehow!07-15-11 11:05 PMLike 0

Why not save your ire for RIM, who has rooked us into buying a wonderful piece of hardware with virtually no applications.
You use your Playbook EVERY DAY??? FOR WHAT?? Staring at your pron collection???? Watching YOUIDIOT videos????
You can't check your email unless tethered, GPS is nonfunctional, the apps are a sick joke. there is no file manager, and not one single software publisher is developing for this platform. Even Amazon, which promised a Kindle reader for the Playbook, has dropped out.
Summer is not yet over, but come September 22 and there is no native email, there is no file manager, there is no GPS and there are no apps other than vapid and dull 1980's style games...I will dump my two Playbooks in the trash where they belong and get an android-based tablet.

No, adamant RIM tries to copy Apple model without delivering quality and quantity which apple does! RIM feels like a ******** cartoonish company in being so adamant that we have to rely on third party cartoons to have file browser (where you can't delete a thing!) and clawns are selling FTP apps and pocketing people's money in cahoots with RIM! Shame on RIM which parades PB as an enterprise grade tablet! Really they haven't any shame left and this reminds the final days on WM5/WM6 on oxygen! They were so adamant as RIM is today that they kept on popping cartoonish 80's apps while Android was moving ahead with time! So they sank WM5/WM6 ship and no matter how hard MS tries, it is hard to regain which they lost in being adamant and not being with time! Nokia remained adamant and finally had to bend over to abandon Symbian (which never was a great OS, another cartoon!) just to survive! This is how it happens when companies bask in self glory, senior management becomes too old and out of touch with everyone that those oldies sank the ship along with them!
We appreciate enterprise grade Playbook, we also appreciate sound proof (so called) security features and fantastic OS and HW which PB has.. but it all was meant to enhance and multiply user experience, not meant to allow cartoons to paddlle cartoonish apps like file browsers and ftp clients! it stinks of tech-porn mentality of pimping piece by piece and demanding dollar per every pimp! Business community needs and appreciates wholeness and wholesome things, not this cheap mentality!
Come one, prove enterprise grade experience and no one can beat PB and it will carve it's own place. Delivery whatever you promised and even more what hasn't and be a brave man, RIM! Don't go cahoots with cartoonish apps!Beakman likes this.07-29-11 05:52 AMLike 1 - Every other thing which PlayBook is capable of but blocked by $ spectacles!07-29-11 10:00 AMLike 0

If you allow them, they would charge you to open every file each time, will charge you 0.99 cents per every mouse click on your own computer because they made OS!
Think is in Windows or Mac if you have to pay "per-click" how would it feel? How it would be if MS or Apple asked dollar per file browse? Now that's called 21st centuries smart tech-pimping, instead of being generous and more user friendly these few companies are trying to siege the world in their tech-slavery and may be most of converts who have taken slavery as granted for almost two milleniums may even not realize how smartly they have been conned into being converts and soul slaves! It was a tool invented to enslave people forever in Rome some 2000 years ago which didn't require any bloodshed and the same method is now being practiced by such restrictive tech monopolies! Slavery is good in a way, you don't have to think! A few smart masters take care of everything!Beakman likes this.07-29-11 07:29 PMLike 1
