Can someone please help me, I recently used apploader.exe to reinstall my OS, since I was having buggy issues. Now after reinstalling I no longer have a search application on my phone...This is a bummer since i use it all the time. Can someone please help me find a solution or maybe send me a copy of that app to load back on?

if you are running the stock OS, on the Stock theme, is the magnifying glass in the top right?

What happens when you start typing on the home screen? if

I am running a stock os but not a stock theme. Also, I have universal search turned off for quicker application shortcuts. However, before the reinstall I was able hit "s" or go to the search icon and use the search function...any ideas as to what may have happened?

Also, if I turn universal search back on, when I type the universal search shows up immediately, but not when application shortcuts is on...


Update: I also tried to switch it to the stock theme and the magnifying glass shows up...so why no application shortcut?
