Both BASE and JIM Mobile offer BIS with a pre-paid card in Belgium. BIS for one month costs �15 for 500mb. This means if you buy a prepaid card for �15 and activate the Blackberry Internet Service you wont have any credit left for calls/texts. You will at least need to buy a �20 card. You can reload at anytime.
The only drawback to this is that you will have to buy the BIS every month again. It does not automatically reload nor deduct from your pre-paid budget. You will need to call the helpdesk everymonth and buy the BIS again. But the helpdesk is free and it takes only a few minutes.
