    i have bold 9650 and wipe it by BBSAK if i try to reload new software




    and every time o try to reload stopped any other file

    and also by DM same problem

    am try to install OS5 and OS6 same problem.

    my system windows 7 Enterprise X64

    and same problem in windows 7 pro X86

    I'm not sure I understand exactly what you problem is. Are you having a problem with apploader stopping, not loading, or what? Where in the process are you having issues?

    How long are you waiting for it to finish? Sometimes it takes a while. I usually just let it load and go get a cup of coffee or do something else, and then check it in around 45 minutes.

    software is now start but black and white no them or any other thing

    You may need to download the OS again. It seems there are corrupted cods in the file. I would uninstall the OS from the computer, download it again, then try to load it.

    Middbrew is very right. The missing or corrupt net_rim_theme_BlackBerry6_480x360_b_01.cod will give you the black and white screen. It's not loading up the default theme. Are you shrinking anything out before loading up the OS? If so, load up the full OS without shrinking anything. See if that helps.
