Aloha,
I downloaded (Scanlife) barcode reader but when I call it up, all I get is a blue screen that has the logo. Did I do something wrong?

Battery Pull? Also, to work properly it needs to have the ScreenScout feature loaded through FileScout. That stopped mine from working once.

I'd try a battery pull, and perhaps a reinstall. It works great for me. Make sure you accept its permissions as well.
