- download new os
- extracts os files via install shield
- 2nd install shield appears
- agree to term & conditions
- status progress bar appears
- vendor.xml file appears mid-way thru installation
I've tried the process using the latest OS updates from AT&T and via Taiwan Mobile. Both with the same results.
