    New update installed... Because screen timed out my screen was unresponsive.... I then did a manual reset and when the option for off or restart came up still unresponsive. Now the damn thing went to sleep again and I get nothing! This has to be a joke???? What do I do now?

    To make matters worse the screen is all black and when I hit screen shot it's taking pics... This really sucks. Do I just let it die?

    I suggest plugging it in to power. Then Press and Hold all at the same time

    Power On, Vol Up and Vol Down. Hold for 10-15 seconds or so. It is suppose to cause a hard restart/reboot.
