    I try and download facebook for curve but when I select link, it goes there but just hangs at a white screen. Are there any suggestions?

    The O/S on the 8330 is 4.3.0.127 platform 3.1.0.73 I have updated and this is the latest this device will except.

    Do you know where i can find this 4.5 version? I have googled it to only find articles about it or 4.5 sync. I found one listing but it was for a Bold.

    I can't post a link yet but the latest OS which is 4.5.0.186 can be found on the sprint site on the download page for the 8330. Or you could look at the threads that are just above your post......... :-)

    Found it on sprint but will need to take it to a sprint store for the upgrade because the phone then needs to be turned back on by sprint and I do not have a land line. Monday to sprint.

    I have 4.5 and I too have the same problem. Try to update and get a white screen.

    Might as well upgrade to 5.0 if you're going to upgrade to 4.5 anyway! One of the stickies in this section has the download link with instructions. I love it!

    I upgraded to 4.5 and still get this stupid white screen. I guess there is no solution for me because 4.5 is as high as I can go with sprint. oh well

    I'd try doing a complete wipe of the phone and start with a fresh install of the os.

    Well tried that and still nothing. Is there anyone that knows where to find an old version of facebook for an 8330? I have had not much luck.
