Mine is also too much. I can't even recall what it was last month, probably about EU120, so USD150/160.

I use Virgin Mobile USA (division of Sprint) and pay $35 a month for their BIS plan:

    -Unlimited texting
    -Unlimited data/internet
    -300 minutes

You do have to buy the phone though (Blackberry 8530), which is around $200, however, it's very much worth it. I have used VMUSA's BIS service for some months now and it has been excellent and dependable, helping me tremendously with my business.

Way too much!!! I like how the Telecom Act of 1996 helped make the industry more competitive and reduce costs. What a joke. By the way, if the telecom companies keep merging they'll be back like they were prior to divestiture in the 80s.

I use Virgin Mobile like BBFX..but I bought the 1200 Minute plan, so I pay $40 for the UNL messaging/data/web/email/1200 Min and $10 for the BIS service. After taxes (I live in NY, so they may tax NY and not other places), I pay $54.44..which isn't bad at all, IMHO.

I also had to buy my phone, but instead of getting it on the Virgin Mobile website, I got it on the Walmart website for $189 (that was with the $150 price tag, plus tax and next day shipping).

I've had my BB for about 2.5 months now and I'm very happy with it.

$75/month (before taxes) for 1 phone, 1000 mins I can't use when I want to because the coverage is unpredictable, and 1Xev data. My phone is broken and if I want a new one without paying full retail, I can either renew this contract for 2 more years, or pay more for 450 minutes and the same coverage. USCC. Just shoot me.

$245 a month. 4 lines. 2BBs, 2 Edge phones, 1500 minutes per month, $25 per month for tethering my PlayBook. unlimited texting..

USCC Belief Plan. Way too much and the tethering cost really pisses me off.

Top notch service but getting absurd.
