What is this Hybrid that everyone is speaking off ? Is it a sort of OS that isn't created by rim ? Is it trustworthy?

An Os that someone else builds out of part from different releases.Its custom made and ususally way nicer as far as speed and radios.Sometimes not too stable but easily replacable try one I love hybrids I'm actually looking for a new one to turn to now anyone got suggestions.

IMHO,

point 1:
Hybrid is a Combination of two or more Blackberry OSes, it can be leaked or Official, the first era of hybrid it's only combining java modules (COD files) from 1 or more version of OSes, but for now it's fully modification of modules, radio even the alx files.

point 2:
Yes, RIM create official and leaked OS, but Hybrid is created by hybrider

point 3:
u never know if is it trustworthy or not before u try it, but hybrid OS always done under beta tested before it released
