Hello all.
I hope I have this in the right forum. I am trying to put Mp4s on my friend's curve. Most of the mp4s will not play. i get this message. {An error has occured attempting to play media). I have put these mp4s on other devices so I know they are good. Do I have to reformat her card and will i lose any data that is on there? I have had this problem before on my wife's curve. We had the same model of card and curve, but some files would not play on her's. aAny help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Not sure about the mp4's, but reformatting the card WILL erase everything that's on it. You should back up whatever else is on the card before you try that.
