I have been reading through numerous posts on this forum for quite some hours now but I'm still having trouble with installing the latest Operating System.
My phone is running on OS version:
v4.6.1.199
and I would like to update to the latest version for that phone, which I'm sure is this:
However, I've followed all steps but when I come to the part where I run the Loader I can only upgrade my AppWorld and BBM, nothing else. I will be more than willing to submit pictures if that will help resolve my issue.
Please help.
Thanks,
Daniel
EDIT:
I just saw that this is also a later version:
I have deleted the vendor.xml file numerous times, yet it still does the same thing. I am going to try with the other file that I just found and I will let you know of the outcome.
Thanks,
Daniel
EDIT:
It's done the same thing again. Here are a few pictures:
Check you have latest Desktop Manager installed, only a OS you wantto load installed to PC then close all networks on your PC delete vendor.xml and start loader.exe should be OK.

Thank you for taking your time to reply, rroyy. I am currently in a college lesson at the moment so I shall try it once I get home and update you on the issue.
I know for a fact that I do have the latest Desktop Manager installed, and I'm also pretty sure that I only have one (the one I'm trying to install) OS installed on my PC. I haven't however, tried to install without a network connection so I shall try that. I will also try to update on another PC which hasn't had BlackBerry touch at all on it.
Thanks again,
Daniel
EDIT:
I just tried again and I'm still getting the same problem. I should also mention that the phone is pay as you go from o2.
EDIT AGAIN:
I'm not really too sure what I done but it seems to be working now. Thank you for your help.
