I came back to my Playbook today and swiped across the screen to turn it on, only to be greeted with the image of a locked padlock. I tried swiping again and using the power button, but it still didn't go to my home screen. I was able to restart it and now it seems to be working, but I'm worried now that something is wrong with it. Any clue what this is or how to ensure it doesn't happen again?
