    That's just the standard variant Bold 9900.

    TMO 4G = HSPA+ for the rest of the world

    my only concern about buying this is that if AT&T buys tmobile, what will happen to the blackberry? Will it only be EDGE Capable like the rest of the 3g spectrum?

    I'm in law school here in the States studying antitrust law. From what we've covered I sincerely don't think this merger will be approved.

    In the idealistic academic world it wouldn't. In the USA it's a done deal. A foreign country that has both carriers, if they matter enough to the overall success of the merger, could stop it though. Look at the Honeywell/GE case. And stop listening to the ivory tower commies that teach in US law schools. They couldn't find their own *** with both hands and a flashlight.
