the 1800 staples person gave me another 800 # to call and a bad extension number. the operator directed me to the office of the president. i talked to someone at the office of the president to see if this was Canada only.

apparently not. mine is being mailed to.my home address.

i gave my order # so they can figure out why it was not included or sent to me otherwise.
