While it sucks for the OP, I do find it pretty amusing that this thing is bricked until the 19th. Is this the first screen you see?

How are you supposed use wifi to get an internet connection if you need and internet connection to set up wifi?

You have a choice on that screen of Canadian (English), Canadian (French), and USA in a drop down.

Selecting any of those will cause an error that complains about being unable to load the agreement. The radio buttons for agree/disagree are greyed out so you can't proceed.
