I've installed Blackkberry Protect on my Bold 9700 running BB6, but have lost some of my earlier text message history, anybody have any idea, what's gone wrong, I have tried to back it up using BB protect but its still the same, Thanks

I believe text message history is dependent upon how much memory you have available on your device. If you have a lot of emails and texts, your phone starts deleting the older ones. Could that be the problem for you?
