How much memory left (with all the pre-installed apps) when buying a 16, 32 and 64 Playbook ?

for example: (just speculating here) when buying a 16gig version you only have 10gig of available space for your personal stuff...

This will help me decide which version to pick if I could have an answer

If you are that concerned over 2-4 GB (educated guess) you shouldn't be looking at the 16 GB model.

I'm hoping that for example If I get 32GB version it will actually have 36 but the extra 4 for OS and updates.
I wouldn't count on it though....

I doubt it will have 36. Not really a standard drive size from what I have seen. I am betting it is 32 before formatting and loading the os and core apps.

Yea def not going to have 36gb. It will be a 32gb then take into account formatting space and then os and pre loaded software. I'd say roughly 28gb but just a guess who knows could be better could be worse.

I asked a similar question in the demo thread. The answer I received from someone who had some hands on time with a beta unit was the OS basically took up 4 GBs. So if your looking at the 16 gb thats 12 free, 28 free on the 32gb, and 60 free on the 64gb. Keep in mind that this was a beta unit but expect to be somewhere very similar come April 19th.
