I just got a torch about a month ago and I've noticed that the back of my phone is really loose and the keyboard makes a weird noise when I type, especially the space bar, kinda of a squeaky sound ... does anybody else have the same issue?
should I take to AT&T?

Sounds like you got a refurbished unit? The back of the phone shouldn't be loose already and the button membrane shouldn't be worn out. Maybe the bezel is moving around? Check to make sure it's all clicked into place nicely.
