Actually Vzw has probably the worst web interface of all carriers. It's a slow and old.....pig of a site.

I visited site after having IE9 installed and had probems with links functioning. Went back to IE8 and am happy.

I got tired of IE years ago... too slow, too many bugs. Try Mozilla Firefox... it's great! No problems with the VZW site or any others that I've accessed.
