My phone wont finish turning back on after the restart i gave it. When I gave it another it still ended up on the same place which was when the carriers symblo comes out. Is their a way to fix that plz help.
I had the same thing happen two months ago to the last 9650 I had. Nothing worked. It just froze in the same spot. I took it to the local Sprint store and they had to replace it. My advice is to take it in for tech help just in case it can still be salvaged.
if i take it to sprint do u think they might give me a new phone or charge me.

If it's under warranty, then they will exchange it. If it's out of warranty and u don't have insurance, then it will probably cost you for the repair. That will still be cheaper than getting a new phone out-right if ur not eligible for an upgrade yet.
