I am using BBM 6.0.0.31 Beta as the scroilling through contacts if very smooth. Can someone confirm the same for the above mentioned BBM?

It is very smooth, however, it was with the previous beta (5.0.2.11) as well.

Lydacris (developer of BB Hybrid Tools) just informed me that it is smooth once you scroll initially through all the contacts. However, the initial scroll is laggy until the first run..

6.0.0.31 is smooth even on the initial run...which is why Im keeping it

Install went w/o problems. I think scroll still has hitch every few swipes. Using OS .448.

The changes I notice most about this release are...........................NOTHING.

Yes you can

Bbm 6 is a huge mem hog on a 256K device imo, 5 is much better less the smooth scrolling

You don't notice any differences in the BBM 5. I did notice its a bit quicker on response and you can actually see the status messages from your contacts when in the previous version(.41) the status messages were cut off.

This keycode work-a-round for BBM6 (http://forums.crackberry.com/f95/bla...0-31-a-588107/) but with the the cod files for 5.0.3.13 might work.

Yes this will ask you for a keycode. It is one of the betas that is open to anyone who signs up for beta testing. That might be the easiest way to get.

If the initial scrolling is that important to you you should stay with it. I prefer the new and better files for my BBM experience.
