The Storm 2 is made for Verizon, so it being unlocked will not matter for you. The phone will work just as if it had not been unlocked. This will however help you if you ever decide to sell the phone. There are certianly other things to consider when buying a used phone, but it being unlocked should not matter.

Nothing except that it has a clear esn and is a 9550 and not a 9520
