It could be that your carrier flashed your GPS to where it won't work without a certain program or service. I'd call them and ask.
I found a way to fix mine, but it involves accessing the engineering screens
Thanks for you reply. Maybe you are right. Because this phone from Vodafone and when i borrowed this from my mates, i first remove the IT policy. So i can acces internet browser.
and than i want to try your second suggestion. Could you send a howto link ?

EDİT: i accessed the engineering screen via type ALT+CAPSLOCK+H and i see "help me!" screen. Now i see something but what will i do noty ?

So first i login this engineering screen and from this screen i enter
Os Engineerin Screens>>GPS>>Start Tracking (Autonomous)
And then I opened the Google Map and saw my location within 1 meters I saw my coordinates
