I have a 8330 with Verizon Wireless. I'm trying to download a couple new themes, but when I try the OTA version, I time out. What am I doing wrong? I would try to install via PC through Desktop Manager, but only OTA version is available...

    Help!

How's your service? Low on bars?

No, not low on bars. It has been happening to me with just about any OTA download I try. Could it be Verizon? Could it be data limits on my plan?

Thanks, but my issue isn't knowing how to do it...it is making it work. I've tried downloads several times exactly as the 101 guide shows. It simply times out. Don't know what my next option is...

That's happens to me too. What I do is a battery pull then I turn off my connection for life 30 seconds and then it starts to work again. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your help, too. Still timing out, though. I'm convinced that it's Verizon.

Thanks for the ideas, but nothing is working. I called Verizon and they told me that I have no limits on data. Could it be my company's enterprise server that is limiting me?

Are you using the BlackBerry browser? I had problems installing OTA apps previously, and finally figured out that I have to download with BlackBerry browser, not Opera Mini, as I was doing.
    Hope that helps.
