I got the notification that SWA had updated their app. When I tried to update through OTA, it would download 127-128 k and stop. I tried using my pc and received the message that it couldn't connect to the server to sync (or words to that effect). Has anyone else had this problem and/or found a solution? I removed the old version after several update attempts, to no avail.

I had the same problem and wrote to Support. I have not received a reply and figure Southwest Airlines has poor support staff or contractor.

Same here. I tried several times yesterday and got stuck at 127 KB every time, and the previous version is now gone from my BB. Now Appworld only gives me the option to "reinstall" ver 1.2. I emailed Support last night but haven't heard anything. At least there is still the mobile site.

same problem.... same result. My old app is now gone and I can't get the new one. Wrote to support, but so far no response.

I have the exact same symptoms...is there anywhere to get the older version which was working fine?

same problem here... I was hoping the new version would give you the option to take it out of startup - I don't know why the old version insisted on running in the background.

I was able to download it via the desktop app store but not via the OTA app. At least by connecting to your pc, you can now get the app.

FYI - Version 1.2.2 is now out and it works via OTA!
