Load it from BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Make sure that the device OS is installed on your computer first.

What device do you have? Your profile lists the 9520 and your carrier as VZW. The 9520 is the GSM version of the Storm 2, which is not the model VZW sells. The VZW Storm 2 is the 9550. The Storm 2 (whether 9520 or 9550) does not have OS 6.

I mistakenly deleted my documents to go on my blackberry 9800 torch and I tried re installing but all to no avail. Plz help me out.
