I really got to agree with this. .448 is superb solid. I am giving .461 another 48 hours to show me that it is really worth it. Installed twice and still not yet until my expectation for .461

Never tether myself, but been running for a day now & OS is solid. Battery life close to the .461 build IMO without the bookmark bug I experienced along with a quick browser. I will be staying with this build unless something comes along that knocks my socks off.

Is it just me or OS 6 takes up lots of memory? I had over 100MB space with OS 5 but after installing OS 6, I only have 60MB

Not just you. The os6 files are larger.

Looking at Bell BlackBerry OSes also lists 6.0.0.246 only for the Torch...

shrink the OS down with BB Boss. I did that and got back 115 MB of space!

I want to but I read in the other forum that you have to go up or down a version in order for the shrink to work. I already have .448 on my berry so I dont think the shrink will work unless i downgrade or upgrade to .461. Unless whoever said that was completely false.

With BB Boss you can shrink from the phone.
