BTHM OS6 .461 Version 1:

Change log "(over base):
-Sms disappearing issue not present
-Browser: -download speed improvement
-browsing extremely snappy
-WiFi: revised wifi cods
-General improvements, over a great base
-Visual Voicemail is included
-NEwest BBm 5.0.2 cods hybrid (see attached)

Known Bugs:
-still no visible cursor in bbm (shift displays cursor)

Instructions:
-backup phone

-follow these instructions:

-delete/uninstall existing os folder
-have base OS6 .461 for 9700 installed on pc
-download BTHM OS6 Full hybrid
-Delete entire OS folder (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9700...)
-Replace with BTHM OS6 .461 v1 hybrid folder




**** It is very important that you follow the instructions exactly to get the best results. Especially in the restoration part of the files etc****


-do a couple battery pulls(how ever u feel necessary) and allow a couple or hours to settle in (12hrs) and that should be it..
-enjoy and leave feedback

to me the improvement in speed and reactive/response is noticeable. plus the browser is amazingly quick

Loading up as we speak. One quick question, though. I'm trying out the new version of BBM from Beta Zone, so I think I'm going to have to redownload it since the one that comes with .461 is a downgrade. Is there any way to get around having to do that in the future?

After beta testing the new bbm on its way in the betazone, BBM was the issue behind the cursor not being there. Once the new bbm is ready to go, all our worries are gone

well this wont fix the bbm cursor issue...but ive uploaded an attachment with 2 new cods that ive noticed might be the fix for an issue with UMA

It is a hybrid version of BBM but not the complete BBM provided by Beta Zone. You need a special keycode to activated the beta version of BBM.

I just installed it and I am POSITIVE that the cursor is back on this beta version of BBM!

Having this problem with the bookmarks I had in my browser. The words tend to overleap each others.

What should I do?

Other than that, everything seems to be working great.
