I know the answer is probably buried somewhere on these forums but to be frank i have lost the will with this problem now.

Ok, so got the BB Torch 9800. nice phone, 1st BB.

I can send PIN invites and people receive them "most of the time" however my partner with the BB Bold does not get any invite pop-up and neither do i when she adds me via PIN. Same goes for barcode scanning, no alert to accept or anything.

So to sum up i have people added to BBM but can see invites and my partner doesnt see my invites although others do.

TIA with all solutions offered guys.

Your friend probably doesn't have her BIS/BES activated because that's the only thing I can think of that would stop her from seeing BBM invites.

maybe she doesnt have a data plan, cuz my friend doesnt have a data plan and he wont get my invites everrrrrr
