Can't upgrade the BB OS to version 4.5.0.69. After the loading Boot Rom system returns a message A fatal error has occurred while updating the device software.
Anyone encounter this problem and are there any work arounds?
Reboot the computer. If that does not work. Uninstall the OS and reinstall it. If that does not work, uninstall both the OS and the DM, reboot the computer and install both again. Also, when you downloaded the OS, did it finish?
and what is the name of the file you downloaded. not its location, just the filename. it has to say 8320E_blah_blah_blah.exe or it will not work on your device. ONLY the 8320 OS will work on the 8320.
