its a os6 theme im running on my 9700 with os v6.0.0.448 without any issues not sure what you are talking about
Themes compiled with Theme Studio 6.0 Beta 2 will work on all devices with the same screen resolution, running OS6 (9650, 9700, 9780)

Nice theme, although I do have one slight criticism... the app screen wall is a tad too busy to see my icons. It would work better with a darker, neutral wall IMO.

2 more suggestions: (hope you dont mind)
the battery does not do anything when charging...... had to switch to another theme when i plugged it in, just to see if its charging or not....
the description font for the icons is small and hence you cant see the omplete description but that does not bother me.
one request:
is there any chance you could add thr "$" to open up the sms/mms feature. that would make this theme perfect...........
