Can someone please tell me/point me in the right direction of instructions for downloading and installing the official OS6? I have a Mac. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Mac Desktop Manger installed..then connect your BB to your mac by USB...after it connects it should automatically tell you there is an update,, then just follow the instructions....If it does not tell you automatically, click on the Applications icon ..its towards the top of the widow on the right to the left of the sync icon.

If you don't have VZW you'll need a PC or virtual PC as far as I know of.

*or sprint since they also have os 6

I did my upgrade OTA rather than try to figure out how to do it with my Mac.
