    I just got a replacement blackberry handset (Tour for an old style Pearl). Called Verizon (*228) and did the activation. I couldn't get a data signal so I called tech support and they told me that RIM is having an issues and has not been able to accept new connections since 8a this morning. I told her that I'm still getting full data on my old device and she told me it was because that was already connected. Anyway...it all sounds a little strange. Anyone activate a device today and run into this issue?
