Newegg and Amazon.com are my recommendations. EBay has reports and warnings about fakes and substandard cards.

i got a 16gb sandisk card with a couple card readers for $33...sans the readers it was about $27....make sure to get a name brand tho...

Yeah, I got a 4gb generic flash drive off ebay for $7 a year ago, it completely crapped out when I used it to make a Google Chromium boot. I literally tried everything to fix it, it's dead. Luckily it was only $7, but if I had paid an extra 5 bucks to get a name brand it'd probably still be working fine.

You can't go wrong with Amazon.com for a brand name like San Disk and you might even chech shop CB.com right here on this site as they sell 16gb cards too.
