    Absolutely. In terms of physical appearance the 9700 share the exact same housing as the 9780.

    Yes it will... but why lose the sexy chrome bezel for a metallic black one

    I agree, I personally am not a fan of chrome, but that is my personal opinion. I bought a matte black bezel off ebay and love the way it looks.
