My girlfriend just updated her OS Wirelessly last night and everything worked fine or so we thought but now her phone won't vibrate when the profile is set to vibrate nor will her screen lock when she hits the screen lock button?
Please help as I don't really know how to figure this out.

For the screen lock, are you using the top buttom or the A key?

Well it's a button on the side,

A side key? The only two buttons that lock the phone are the A key (has a padlock icon printed on it) and holding the play button on the top for several seconds. The A key is quicker.

Oh, well if possible she might have made her left side key on the side the key lock, I'm not sure I will have to ask her when I get home tonight. Thank you for the help.
As far as it not vibrating do you know why this is or a fix for it?

Check your sound profile settings to make sure the vib is working. Use "try it"
