Will an unlocked 9780 from T-Mobile work on At&t and be fully functional on 3G?? I'm tired of waiting for At&t but am not sure if unlocking a T-Mobile 9780 will work on At&t. Anyone know the answer or had success doing this yet?

You can find a wide selection of them already unlocked on eBay. Just remember to get a Bell, Telus or Rogers brand if you want 3G. Once you get it, you'll need the AT&T service books and you're up and running in no time.

I dont have a BIS account i do have email going to my device but it set it up through the phone. I tried to make a new account online. but after i out in the pin and the imei number it says that this device is not html something. But everything works that i can see i can send mms and the internet works fine also. I don't know if the books got sent automatically. so so far i am happy with me new device.
Hey! So if you set your e-mail up through your device, and are running 6.0, simply go to 'setup' and click on 'email accounts.' Select Internet Mail Account. Once it's connected, click the menu key and select 'service books' then click on 'send service books.' Hopes this helps. Enjoy the phone!!

Without a Blackberry Data plan it will not send your service books.
