So this is a small discussion between my g.f and I about the way my blackberry is supposed to be slid into the oem sleeve that it comes with.

Obviously it goes in the way I put it in, otherwise it looks ********(this is the way she thinks it is supposed to go). Pics below, let me know what you all think is the correct way to insert the BB into the sleeve.

This is how I would do it:

This is what she thinks is the correct way:

The correct way is the first picture. That way the trackball has room and isnt rubbing on the leather every time you put the bb in or take it out of it's case

Also, the BB logos on the phone display perfectly the first way, AND nothing gets inside to rub against the camera lense!

also in the first pic you'll notice the notch in the case nicely displays the "Blackberry" on the back of the curve
    I don't think that's just a coincedence

The first picture is definitely the correct way... although I did debate this myself at first

I always put it in the way that it was in the 2nd pic. It looks better imo.

Actually it does not matter as the magnet will work
whichever option you choose. But in the second
pic the trackball is actually in the channel so it
    isn't rubbing against the case.

    Naked FTW.

I didn't like how the sleeve was leaving two lines on the screen from the trackball "channel".

    X2

I'm currently looking for a different pouch that is nice. Sena, Fortte, and Rex Regina all make nice pouches.

I havent even glanced at my OEM pouch since I opened the box of my phone for the first time. That thing makes the phone so big and bulky, I just dont think its worth carrying around in my pocket.

Yeah mine is still in my glove box, I bought a leather case with swivel here... I like my BB on my hip. I think if it was in my pocket it would end up scratched from coins/keys or full of lint like my belly button. sorry TMI

I got the holster with the swivel right away.
I use it at work, so it's nice to have it on your hip.
Be careful with the swivel clip, it can break easily if you are not careful when you take it off your belt/pants.
    It's only plastic.
Would like to see a BB holster with a more substantial clip system that you did'nt have to be so gentle with.

I bought the OEM swivel clip holster before I actually had my Curve. My sleeve is still in the box.
