I've been having problems since I updated my curve from .973 to .1030...my fone signal fluctuates a lot it goes from having no signal to having full signal...I have noticed that it fluctuates more when I use the internet

I'm seeing just the opposite. My signal strength seems a little better with this upgrade.

If pulling the battery several times is no help perhaps reloading the os again will get you fixed up. You might want to remove and reinstall it on your computer first.

I hope someone with more knowledge has a less drastic suggestion for you but that is what I would do.

Well the os seems to be stabilizing now its fine now great battery btw...but no fixed update yet on bedside mode...should fix that......

I don't think .1030 will work on the 8520. I read something in the forum about 8520 getting .1049 or something like that though.
