Inept T-Mobile removed my $19.99 BIS feature, which not only resulted in loss of service but also other issues. I finally got it restored and lost all of my email accounts. I had to reconfigure each one. It has now created new folders and the emails for that acct no longer appear in that folder but they do appear under the general messages folder. How can I link the emails to the same address?
Do you have to chose now? Previously the messages would always show up in the respective folders and the general messages box if you selected that. All of my previous emails now show "Received using: Unknown" and are no longer linked to the emails, even though I specifically reconfigured the same exact ones. I can't even reply to any of them.
